Our preferred method of contact is via telephone. We have an answer machine in operation during busy periods, but we check this regularly throughout the day. This is the quickest way to get hold of us. Social media messages are not checked as often as our phone messages.
Please call us or use the manage my reservation option on your online booking email for cancellations. We do not accept social media messages as a method of notifying us of cancellation.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time for your appointment . Arriving late will reduce your treatment time as each
session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.
We understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will
always do our best to accommodate late arrivals (within 10 minutes after your
appointment) by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time
remaining. Unfortunately, arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled time of your
appointment will result in full charges (equivalent deductions from gift vouchers)
even if we cannot perform all of your scheduled treatments.
DEPOSITS
All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment . This payment is non refundable but can be moved to an alternative day and time as long as we require the correct notice. 24 hours minimum is required for beauty/salon services and 48 hrs notice is required for double room bookings . You can move all bookings online from the manage my reservation tab on your booking email – this service is available up to 24 hours before your appointment. After this time any cancellations or requests to move will lose the original deposit and will require a new deposit to make a new booking.
CANCELLATIONS
made with less than the required notice (24 hrs beauty/48hrs double room bookings) will lose the booking fee attached to the booking. We will transfer any booking fees paid to a new date, if we receive your cancellation in time.
REFUND POLICY – PRODUCTS
All our products are sold as brand new and for personal use only. We cannot
give refunds on any products sold due to personal hygiene and health and safety
reasons. If there is a fault with the product we can return it to the manufacturer
for review.
REFUND POLICY – SERVICES
All our treatments are carried out by qualified therapists. If you have had a
treatment that you are unsatisfied with please contact us immediately. We do not
give refunds on any treatments but we will look into your concerns immediately.
Any Shellac/Gel nail repairs within 72 hours of application will be complimentary – after this period
there will be a £3 per nail charge for any repairs or replaced nails.
Deposits are non refundable but can be moved to an alternative appointment on a different day providing we receive 24 hours notice for salon services/48 hours notice for double room bookings ( any booking with more than 1 guest)
NOISE AND MOBILE PHONES
Please respect all clients right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain
conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas. Mobile phones are
not permitted in the treatment rooms and must be kept silent or turned off when
you are in communal areas.
CHILDREN
For health and safety reasons and in order to maintain a peaceful, relaxing
environment, children are not permitted in the salon area. Unfortunately
we do not have the space to accommodate children waiting in our therapy rooms
and nail suite.
CLIENT CONSULTATION FORM & HEALTH CONDITIONS
All new clients will be requested to complete a New Client Consultation Form
before our therapists can perform any treatments. Failure to do so will result in us
refusing to perform your treatments.
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect
your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of
any changes in your circumstances before your treatment commences. We also
reserve the right to ask you to complete the Client Questionnaire every 6 months
so that we can update our records.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be 16 or over to receive treatments. We
reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any client under the age of
consent. Some of our treatments can be performed from the age of 12 but will
require parental consent forms to be filled in and an adult to be present during
treatment.
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL ITEMS
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items
at Escape. We recommend that you leave any valuables at home.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash in any
circumstances. Please remember to bring your voucher with you to pay for
your treatment. Failure to do this will result in you being required to pay by an
alternative method of payment.
No discount will be applied if a voucher is not produced. Vouchers are only valid
until the date specified on the voucher. After this date no exchange or refund for
out of date vouchers is possible. Vouchers are considered to be cash in terms of
security. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift vouchers are
valid for 6 months. In the event of booking with your voucher late (very close to the expiry date)
and we have no availability left for treatments, we can only offer product sales as extending the voucher
is not possible.
